Mark Hamill And Billie Lourd Sweetly Celebrate Carrie Fisher's Grammy Win

Carrie Fisher received her first Grammy Award on Sunday night.

Fisher, who died in December 2016 after undergoing cardiac arrest, was nominated in the Best Spoken Word Album category for the audio recording of her 2016 memoir, The Princess Diarist when the victor was announced during the 2018 GRAMMYs pre-telecast ceremony. This memoir was based on the handwritten diaries that young Fisher kept during the filming of Star Wars, which began when she was 19 years old. The Twitter page of the Recording Academy shared the news with the announcement, "Congrats Best Spoken Word Album - 'The Princess Diarist'". Isn't that awesome? We're so happy that Carrie Fisher is once again being recognized for all the hard work she did throughout her career, and Billie seems to feel the exact same way.
