Noble also was made to get on the phone with a person she was told was an executive she claims, with that man instructing her to be 'a good girl and do whatever he wished'. The suit also accuses him of groping her, before pulling Noble into his hotel bathroom and forcing her to pleasure him, telling her that "everything will be taken care of for you if you relax". As well as denying allegations of non-consensual sex, Weinstein has said - in a statement issued on his behalf - that "there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances". She says that Weinstein's brother Bob was complicit in the attack, and that they used company resources to accomplish it.

The Weinstein Company did not reply to a request for comment from HuffPost.
