Cincinnati falls to MI 36-14

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, MI is favored heavily at home, as the Wolverines are getting odds of -34 points against Cincinnati.

Michigan's only other offensive points came on two short field goals, one in each half, by redshirt freshman Quinn Nordin.

The Wolverines pulled down two interceptions, and Tyree Kinnel and Lavert Hill each returned their pick for a touchdown.

It may not be the most high-profile game of a loaded Week 2 slate, but Cincinnati's visit to MI is an intriguing noon matchup with several storylines to keep an eye on for both sides. The Wolverines passing game gave reason for concern, because once again running back Ty Isaac was outstanding. Kekoa Crawford (four catches, 83 yards, touchdown) and Grant Perry (four catches, 66 yards, touchdown) are the go-to receivers right now while some of those highly touted targets such as Peoples-Jones and Tarik Black develop consistency. Meanwhile junior running back Karan Higdon rushed four times for 13 yards.
