Florida woman dropped, dragged into pool by teens having loud pool party

The Broward Sheriff's Office is investigating after a woman is seen being assaulted and thrown into a pool after complaining about noise at a North Lauderdale party.

NBC reported seeing Mr. Balfour in handcuffs being escorted into the Broward Regional Juvenile Facility on Monday.

According to WSVN, the woman was identified as Nancy James, who is on the board at the apartment complex, and reportedly went to try and quiet down the party.

Then the teen in a red shirt picks James off the ground and they both fall to the ground. "She turned him in yesterday, surrendered him", said Molle. As she was grabbed, you could see her leashed dogs and one was almost dragged into the water with her.

Syria Fighting Eases As Safe Zones Plan Begins
Foreign forces are also set to be sent to the country, if not already arrived, to monitor the implementation of the deal. The Joint Working Group shall report on its activities to the high-level worldwide meetings on Syria held in Astana.

But instead of turning the volume down, or even just fobbing the woman off, the teens began taunting her and filming in her face.

Still, what was clearly intentional was when James was then dragged over to the nearby pool and hurled into the water.

The footage, captured by one of the party-goers, appears to have been filmed in the US. "They shouldn't have touched her", the unidentified neighbor said. "He's a good kid and I think time will show that", said Attorney Paul Molle.

One girl who was at the party said the boy didn't slam Ms. James on the ground on objective.

The website reports that she is now in stable condition and that police are investigating the incident. The dogs don't appear to go into the water. "The kid has not evolved yet into what you're supposed to be as a human being". She told WTVJ that she has survived three strokes and had recently undergone hip surgery.

"It just shouldn't happen", she said. "If it got too late, I probably would have gone over there and tell them to turn it down", said Stacey Gaudrau.

"Nice kids that live here".
